By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Company Information
Bali Trekking Adventure is a locally operated tour company based in Bali, Indonesia, providing private tours, trekking experiences, airport transfers, and customized travel services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our official website, WhatsApp, or email.
A booking is considered confirmed once we send a confirmation message.
Customers must provide accurate information (hotel name, pickup time, number of participants).
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made in cash on the day of the tour or via bank transfer (if agreed in advance).
Some tours (e.g., Mount Batur Trekking, Custom) may require a deposit for confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may incur a 50–100% charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Changes & Amendments
Customers may request changes at least 24 hours before the tour date. All changes are subject to availability.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Health & Safety
Customers must inform us of any medical conditions prior to the tour.
For activities such as Mount Batur Trekking, participants must be in good physical condition.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety may be compromised.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bali Trekking Adventure acts as a tour operator and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity beyond our direct control.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
